NORMAN ROSINSKI

Norman is Publisher and one of the owners of NorthBay biz magazine. He began his journalism career in newspapers at the Chicago Sun Times. In 1987 he became President and Publisher of a group of award winning southwest Chicago suburban newspapers that included a regional daily newspaper slightly larger than the Press Democrat. The newspaper group employed over 800 people and enjoyed annual revenues of $75 million. In June of 2000, he and his partners acquired Sonoma Business magazine and initiated an ongoing editorial and overall quality upgrade of the publication. In November of 2002 the magazine expanded into Napa and Marin counties, doubling its circulation, and changed its name to NorthBay biz to better reflect its expanded footprint. His column, “Publisher’s Forum,” appears monthly in the magazine.
