“A perfect food wine, Ferrari-Carano’s 2006 Tre Terre Chardonnay is delicious with the Prosciutto Wrapped Scallops and Mango Sauce because of its significant fruit component. This is a terrior-driven Chardonnay showing earthy notes of mineral, green apple and citrus, complemented by rich and delicious flavors of fig, warm caramel, cinnamon spice and toasted almond.”

"This is an absolutely delicious wine. Surprisingly light tannins juicy jammy and smooth. The 2005 Alexander Crown Cabernet Sauvignon has the classic earthiness found in the Alexander Valley which pair nicely with roasted root vegetables while the mild tannins work fantastically with the lamb and the creamy polenta."
