The revenues are counted for the complete company if the corporate office resides in the North Bay, if the corporate office is outside of the northbay then only the local revenues are used. In the case of commission driven businesses (such as real estate sales) only the commissions would be considered, not the value of the house. If the company supplies the information we consider it verified (Some companies provide their revenue numbers as estimates because their fiscal years are incomplete), if we do not recieve the information from the company then we estimate based on the information we can obtain and industry standards.
