    Though it’s now four years in a row that NAI BT Commercial has won the Best Commercial Real Estate Company in the North Bay, Managing Partner Greg Moss and his team aren’t getting tired of winning. “Not in the slightest,” Moss tells NorthBay biz. “We’re truly thankful and appreciative of the recognition. While it’s personally very satisfying, it’s also a stamp of approval by a respected and objective third party. Good media exposure is always healthy for any business. We’re very pleased.”

    NAI BT’s North Bay division is part of a larger firm that’s one of the fastest-growing, most active commercial real estate firms in Northern California. Founded in 1981, it provides clients with some of the best local market knowledge in the industry, complemented by NAI Global’s professionally managed international network (the largest of its kind).     The market knowledge Moss cites was enhanced late last year with the addition of five senior agents from the former Meridian brokerage house in Marin.     Looking into the future, Moss sees potential for growth. “With the Terranomics retail brand and the experienced people we have, we feel we’re unmatched in retail brokerage in the North Bay. And we feel equally strong in the institutional public commercial real estate markets. Where we still have room for growth is in the private, local, community-based market. We feel the recent additions to our team will help us there tremendously.

    “The heart of our company is our people,” Moss continues, “which is the case with any strong business—in the North Bay or anyplace else. Developing sound relationships in a personal and professional manner is still the key to what we do. Even though we work on million dollar transactions, it’s still a people business and it always will be.”
