Welcome to the first annual publication of North Bay Perspective: A Climate for Success. The idea for this issue is one we’ve pondered for a while whose time has come as we strive to serve the best interests of our readers.
We’re taking an insider’s look at each of the three counties that comprise the North Bay—Marin, Sonoma and Napa. While sharing a geography and climate blessed with natural beauty in abundance, each county has developed its own core strengths and challenges over time. So, as we explore the diverse vitality of the region, we attempt to shed light on these areas by comparing and contrasting what each county has done to build on its natural advantages.
Ultimately, North Bay Perspective is the lens through which we view both business and consumer lifestyle, to ascertain how well the North Bay is doing in providing the key components that culminate in a quality of life we all aspire to.
It’s Thanksgiving week as I write this, and my wish for you all is to celebrate your blessings in the spirit of the holiday, with a warm and generous heart, surrounded by your family and all your special friends.
As we approach the New Year, I’d also like to share some news about the magazine. We’re planning to add many new elements and features in 2014. These will be introduced monthly as we ramp up their development. Also in 2014, the magazine cover and inside pages will be printed on different paper stock and design changes will be implemented to enhance your reading pleasure.
