YogaSix in Santa Rosa Launches Yoga Teacher Training Program

YogaSix Santa Rosa, a modern fitness boutique studio delivering life-enhancing benefits through its modern take on one of the world’s oldest practices, is now offering 200 Hour and 300 Hour yoga teacher training (YTT) programs in Santa Rosa. Located at 368 Coddingtown Ctr. Santa Rosa, Cailf. 95401, the studio’s YTT programs will allow aspiring yoga teachers to develop their skills beyond the mat and explore other concepts from breath and movement to meditation and philosophy.

During the 200 Hour YTT program, trainees will learn about body alignment, anatomy, yoga history philosophy and how to lead a safe, fun and empowering class experience. Trainees will also learn what it means to live yoga and have additional opportunities outside of the yoga studio, giving participants a launchpad for personal and professional growth. The 300 Hour YTT program will give trainees the unique opportunity to catapult their health and wellness career for growth. Previous grads have gone on to lead their own workshops and 200 Hour YTTs as well as step into leadership roles in their yoga communities. The main difference between the two classes is that the 200 Hour YTT will help trainees evaluate where they are in their yoga journey, and the 300 Hour YTT will help trainees decide where they want to go in your yoga career. Visit yogasix.com/teacher-training for complete program details.

“Our studio is a modern and fun yoga concept for yoga lovers of all levels of experience,” said Liz Pires, owner. “The YTT programs we offer have been carefully designed to suit a variety of needs. Whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of this incredible 5000-year practice, dive into teaching, or launch an enriching career, we have a class for you.”

YogaSix holds a 5-star rating from Yoga Alliance for its trainings, so trainees can trust that the studio’s yoga certification program will be of the highest quality, with a consistent approach and well-qualified master trainers. Yoga Alliance only includes a school as a registered yoga school when its yoga teacher training program meets clear, predetermined criteria.
