The 2023 Napa Truffle Festival took place Jan. 13 to 16, when truffle cuisine crossed paths with truffle science for a delicious and educational truffle experience, with events taking place at Oxbow Public Market and various vineyards around Napa. The festival dates back to 2020, when the American Truffle Company first realized its dream of bringing the European black truffle to the tables of America.
