
Rydell-Anderson celebrates two years as CEO of PVF
Viveka Rydell-Anderson is celebrating her two-year anniversary as CEO of the Pacific Vision Foundation (PVF). Prior to joining the PVF team, Rydell-Anderson worked as an executive in healthcare for over 18 years.
Established in 1977, PVF has a unique partnership model with Lions Eye Foundation and CPMC’s ophthalmology residency program (now Sutter Health), providing financial support for residents, research and volunteer faculty.

Page joins Leff Design Build as architect
Leff Design Build has announced Jonathan Page as the newest member of its design team. With rich history in construction and a passion for architecture, Page brings a unique blend of creativity and precision to the LEFF family, the announcement said.
Originally from Sheffield, England, Page moved to the Bay Area in 2007, graduating from UC Berkeley in 2012. With over a decade of experience in architecture across San Francisco and Marin County, he earned his architectural license in 2020. Page excels in developing innovative solutions to design challenges, often with his faithful dog, Goose, by his side, an announcement from Leff said.

Exchange Bank taps Rodella for VP, branch manager
Exchange Bank recently announced the return of Dorothy Rodella as vice president and branch manager supporting the Sebastopol office at 840 Gravenstein Highway N. in Sebastopol.
Rodella joined Exchange Bank in 2001 as an assistant branch manager at the Healdsburg office before moving to the Sebastopol office, where she served as vice president and branch manager for 13 years.
In 2016, Rodella became vice president, north regional sales manager, coaching and mentoring regional team members to reach their potential. She is excited to return to Sebastopol and is looking forward to reigniting relationships with customers, her team and the community.
Rodella has served as a member of the Rotary Club in Sebastopol for over 20 years where she has been the foundation lead. She is a current board member of the Child Parent Institute and has served on numerous nonprofit boards including Food for Thought and the Sonoma County Humane Society.

Werthimer appointed BDM for COIT
Ben Werthimer is back in Sonoma County after a five-year hiatus in San Francisco and France. Werthimer has been appointed business developmental manager for COIT, Cleaning and Restoration in Marin, Napa and Sonoma counties.

Werthimer was previously known by clients and colleagues as “Ben AFLAC” for 15 years in Marin and Sonoma counties protecting individuals and families with AFLAC benefits, according to an announcement. He spent over 10 years in radio/television broadcasting with NBC, PBS, NPR in San Francisco and two years with French radio stations in Bordeaux.
NavigateRE opens offices in Downtown Petaluma
Basin Street Properties, a real estate investment, development and management firm, announced NavigateRE is opening offices at Theatre Square in Petaluma.

Girl Scouts appoint Garcia as CDO of NorCal
Kyle Garcia, a third-generation Girl Scout, has been appointed as the new chief development officer for the nonprofit. She will spearhead the organization’s development strategies through partnerships, capital campaigns, fundraising events and donor recognition, aiming to secure essential resources for empowering Girl Scouts.

Vivalon brings back O’Hehir as interim CEO
Vivalon, a San Rafael-based nonprofit, announced the appointment of Joe O’Hehir as Vivalon’s interim CEO. As interim CEO, O’Hehir will be responsible for the strategic oversight and overall management of Vivalon and will report to Vivalon’s board of directors. O’Hehir previously served as CEO of Vivalon for 13 years before retiring in March 2021. “I’m honored and excited to return and help Vivalon through this leadership transition period,” says O’Hehir. “The organization is poised for growth and expansion thanks to the efforts of the talented executive team currently in place.”
