Marin County brings on new agriculture commissioner 

Joe Deviney

Joe Deviney has been appointed by the Marin County Board of Supervisors as the County’s next agricultural commissioner/weights and measures director beginning July 22. Deviney is a 30-year veteran of agricultural preservation and consumer protection.

The agricultural commissioner is responsible for enforcing local, state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to agriculture, the environment, human health and safety and the marketplace. As the director of weights and measures, Deviney is also responsible for administering programs that safeguard consumers.

Kashi Moore-Stallworth

Redwood Credit Union names Moore-Stallworth senior vice president of people 

Kashi Moore-Stallworth has been promoted to senior vice president of people at Redwood Credit Union. Moore-Stallworth has been with RCU since January of 2021.

With over 20 years of human resources experience, in her new position Moore-Stallworth will oversee employee relations and engagement functions, including human resources, talent acquisition, training and development as well as culture.
