“We believe it is important to give back to the local community we serve and reinvest our dollars for the betterment of our community,” says Jim Brush, president and chief executive officer of Summit State Bank. “At the center of being a successful community bank is supporting and giving back to the community you serve. We strive for a work/life balance so that we’re proficient at work and also enjoy our families, friends and Sonoma County.”
