Basin Street Properties, a prominent real estate investment, development, and management firm, is pleased to announce that Anova, an established leader in education, has signed a lease for 8,879 square feet at Oak Valley Business Center in Santa Rosa.

“Oak Valley puts us in an excellent location close to our K-12 Santa Rosa school and the three acres property site of our new school campus,” said Andrew Bailey, Founder and CEO of Anova. “Since our school burned down in the 2017 Tubbs Fire, we have been serving our students out of portable trailers in the parking lot of our former school. We believe this welcoming new location enables us quick access to the new school site and will allow us to assist even more families in Northern California.”

Anova has been a recognized leader in education, particularly in the autism community, since 2000. Anova has had the privilege of changing the lives of hundreds of students and their families by teaching essential life skills for independence and instilling the confidence needed for success in school, at home, and at work. With a world-class clinic and treatment facility and as a valued community resource, Anova provides an invaluable platform for learning and support.

“Having access to Anova educational, behavioral, and therapy services is a huge benefit for the Santa Rosa community,” said Scott Stranzl, Basin Street Properties’ Chief Portfolio Officer. “Anova is a valuable resource for the Autism Community, and the Oak Valley Business Center provides their employees and clients easy access in a beautiful setting.”

Oak Valley Business Center consists of three 2-story Class A office buildings that total 132,000 square feet. It is located within the Airport submarket conveniently close to the Santa Rosa Airport. The center offers beautiful water features along with spectacular views of Mount St. Helena. The center further features ample free parking for employees and clients plus an automated card key system for safe after-hour access.
