Graton Resort & Casino hosted a blood drive in honor of National Blood Donor Month on January 12th. Graton partnered with Vitalant, the nation’s largest independent, nonprofit organization focused exclusively on providing lifesaving blood services. 
Graton Resort & Casino team members, and members of the local community, contributed at the drive which was held in the casino parking lot with the Vitalant mobile donation vehicle.
Vitalant recently declared an emergency blood shortage, as the blood supply for about 900 hospitals nationwide recently dipped to its lowest level in a year.
