Santa Rosa-based George Peterson Insurance Agency on Monday announced the acquisition of local HR firm Leap Solutions.
Leap Solutions, also based in Santa Rosa, is a management consulting company specializing in organizational development, human resources, executive search and recruitment. Terms of the deal were not disclosed in the announcement.
In the announcement sent from Peterson COO Robb Dear, the insurance agency described being
“thrilled” about the acquisition. “This collaboration opens a new realm of possibilities, providing an expanded suite of solutions crafted specifically with our clients in mind,” it read.
The addition of Leap Solutions, continued the announcement, brings a “fresh perspective and tailored solutions” to GPI’s services, “ensuring your business benefits from a well-rounded approach to strategy, growth and management.”
Scott Ormerod, who launched Leap Solutions in 1998, said, “Joining forces with George Petersen Insurance Agency is an exciting opportunity for Leap Solutions to expand our impact and provide even greater value to our clients. We are thrilled to embark on this journey together.”
