Harvest Ball
The Emerald Cup wrapped up its second annual Harvest Ball at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds on Dec. 11, 2022, following a two-day cannabis industry celebration of the latest trends and innovations taking place everywhere from small local farms to the global marketplace. This year’s Harvest Ball—the lead-up event to the 19th annual Emerald Cup Award competition taking place in May in Los Angeles—was highlighted by appearances from former longtime NBA power forward Al Harrington —who in retirement founded cannabis-extract company Viola Brands—and performances by hip-hop artists E-40 and Channel Tres, among others.

Wine Industry Expo
Cups overfloweth Dec. 1, 2022, at the 10th annual WinExpo, the wine industry trade show and conference featuring education, tastings and the latest and best in products and services from the wide world of viticulture. Nearly 300 exhibitors descended upon the Sonoma County Fairgrounds for the event, proving once again, the WinExpo has legs!
